Coffee and tea are considered perishable products. No returns or refunds are accepted on these products.

Only accessories, equipment, and clothing are subject to this policy. The return and refund policy applies within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. To obtain a return number, please write to us at info@cafellini.com. Please note that shipping costs related to returns are the customer's responsibility.
